Description: This is the working feature class soley for Spilman 911 Software, used by Dispatch. It has been edited to remove duplicates and to correct numerous criticle errors found by GeoComm's Analysis of the AddressPointsOld feature class now located in the COUNTY feature dataset. The separation into 2 unique feature classes occured in December of 2016.. Then on January 29th, 2017 I added "AddressPointsCounty" feature class to the COUNTY feature dataset to keep a record of Cache County's version on Address Points.
